Cotton Scarves

Cotton is a great material for scarves. It is soft next to the skin and easy to care for. I have a number of different styles shown below.

Green Cotton Scarf
Green & White Advancing Twill Scarf

This lovely scarf would be perfect in the spring and fall since it is not too heavy. Perfect for months when wools scarves are too much. Close up - Cotton ScarfThe 100% mercerized cotton it is woven with has a shine that catches the light.

7" x 63" (includes the 3 1/2" fringe on each end)

Furrowed Cotton Scarf
Diamond Furrows Scarf - Natural

Woven with two thickness of cotton, this unique scarf has lots of texture. The thin cotton weft cannot hold the thicker cotton warp flat the way the threads are woven together.  Furrowed Scarf on LoomOnce the scarf was taken off the loom and washed, the furrows developed. The picture on the right shows the scarf while is was still on the loom.

5" x 63" (including 4 1/2" fringe on each end)

Hand wash - lay "flattish" to dry to encourage the furrows
