Wool Scarves
Scarves have been made from wool for generations. It is warm and unlike synthetic fibers, it breathes to let moisture escape.
I have several types of wool scarves. Click on the pictures below to see the available scarves in each group.
Star Scarves ~ $65.00 each This group of scarves with star patterns are handwoven with Harrisville Yarn. It is a nice wool, low on itch factor. It can be worn next to the skin by some people, but it is very warm and comfortable over a sweater or jacket. The patterns vary from bold and bright to subtle contrasts. There are a variety of star patterns and color combinations to choose from here. Hand wash and air dry - iron as needed |

Merino & Alpaca Scarves ~ $98.00 each While these are not as soft as my all merino wool scarves, this group of scarves would make gifts. The narrow width is perfect for adding a bit of interest to an outfit without completely covering it up like a wider scarf would do. The loom was warped with a very fine alpaca yarn in a natural color and then woven with very fine merino wool. Alpaca is not as stretchy as merino and the scarves show the patterns very nicely. Hand wash and air dry - press as needed |

Manos Scarves ~ $78.00 each Manos del Uruguay yarn is a hand-crafted and hand-dyed yarn, sustainably produced by the women of the Manos Cooperative. It is very soft and warm. These unique scarves are woven using Manos yarn as the warp and a finer weft. The weft can be wool or cotton depending on the color I was looking for to accent colors in the warp. Hand wash and air dry |
